Before the season started, Solomon Henschel had tabbed the overall win in the Essex Tour as one of his primary season objectives. His surprise win in the Perm Tour has only stoked those competitive juices.
"I want to be known as more than just a time trialist," said Henschel, "I want to go down as a great tour rider too." Although it would take a great confluence of events for Henschel to ever win the Germany Tour, the young Canadian is on track to be a contender in the smaller tours for years to come.
"I'll never be Elias Marquez or Arne Anderberg," he concluded, "but if I'm ever mentioned in the next breath after that, I'll be happy."

Making us Canadians proud. :)
his 6th win and his 10th result in 0 days.. congrats with all your results:P
There's no guarantee we'll even qualify for Germany. If we do, Henschel will definitely be there; but I'm not expecting a podium :)
I thought!:P
I still do:P
Maybe a podium in Germany?
Yeah, he got second in his previous race too - the Aalborg Time Trial. He's having a heck of a year! I hope no one thinks he's doping.
AGAIN A WIN!:P
WHAT A SEASON
Huh? he is becoming 26 y.o. at day 84, but he's in YC, is that ok?
I'm sure he will take the double! 23 seconds!
Looking forward to the challenge....you got lucky in perm :p
